Q.U.E.S.T. or Queer Educators As Storytellers is a new organization that needed help with a logo and some branding. The organization was founded in response to a rise in queer educators working in classrooms.
These educators may find themselves feeling sometimes isolated or out of place. Q.U.E.S.T. hopes to connect queer educators into new friendships and lift them up to feel seen and celebrated.
Creating a logo that was simple, elegant, and queer but not overly queer was a unique piece to this logo design job. Rainbows can sometimes come across tacky so walking the line of elegance and queer was crucial.
